Career: Zach Finley, a senior associate in Orrick’s San Francisco office, is a member of the Banking and Debt Capital Markets Group. Mr Finley advises clients on a wide array of commercial finance transactions. His clients include publicly-held and privately-owned companies as borrowers and acquirers in connection with working capital credit facilities, asset-based financings and acquisition financings, as well as financial institutions serving as agent and/or lender in such credit facilities and financings. Mr Finley is a past member and past co-chair of the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the Business Law Section of The State Bar of California.
