Practice Areas: Alan is co-head of Freshfields' international public M&A client solutions group and of their restructuring and insolvency team in Paris. He specialises in cross-border public and private M&A, distressed M&A and restructuring, French listed company law and equity capital markets.

Personal: Clients appreciate Alan’s combination of French legal skills, international background and transaction experience which he uses to bridge differences between parties with different cultures on cross-border deals.
