Practice Areas: Andreas von Falck is a partner in Hogan Lovells' Dusseldorf office with almost two decades of experience in patent litigation. He handles patent cases in all German Courts and in the European Patent Office and advises on multijurisdictional patent litigation. Andreas' work focuses on innovator Life Sciences clients as well as a wide range of technology companies.
Career: Andreas studied law in Germany, France and Switzerland and holds a Ph.D. in International Civil Procedural Law from Freiburg University (1997). In 1996 he worked as foreign attorney in Washington D.C., USA. Andreas is leader of the firm's IPMT Group.
