Practice Areas: Contentious and non-contentious antitrust and regulatory matters. Considerable experience of appearing before the UK Office of Fair Trading, the Competition Commission, the Competition Appeals Tribunal, the EC Commission and other agencies worldwide. Extensive experience in retail, consumer goods, financial services, the media, energy, transport and in the liberalisation and regulation of these sectors under both EU and UK law.
