Practice Areas: Andrew has significant experience in all financial taxation matters and advises both issuers and investors on numerous capital markets and international equity offerings and on all aspects of the taxation of derivative products. He is experienced in the UK tax treatment of securitisations, acting regularly on transactions involving diverse asset classes and whole business securitisations. Andrew also advises on the non-tax aspects of complex derivatives transactions and synthetic structures. He is widely recognised and experienced in his field and is a frequent lecturer on financial tax subjects.
