Practice Areas: Jacques is active in the business and financial aspects of commercial law, construction and real estate law, with regard to companies, financing, taxation and rights in rem and the structuring of real estate projects. He has significant experience in arbitration, energy law, international sales of goods, mergers and acquisitions and product liability.
Career: Partner since 1991 and Head of the Real Estate Practice until April 2007. Law degrees from the University of Liège (LLB, 1974), McGill (LLM, 1977), Harvard Law School (LLM, 1977; SJD, 1981). Docteur en droit (1982).
