Practice Areas: EU and Belgian competition law, including merger control and state aid; EU free movement. Represented international clients before the Commission, national authorities and courts and before the EU courts. Represented the Belgian government before the ECJ in preliminary ruling and infringement cases concerning taxation and free movement issues.
