His advisory and litigation work includes matters of EC trade defence, cross-border investment and market access, customs tariff treatment and duty recovery, anti-fraud investigations, export controls and economic sanctions, and preferential trade arrangements. He also has experience with product safety, environmental and life sciences regulatory matters, as well as with data privacy and intellectual property rights.
