Practice Areas: Kamila Tarnacka is an expert in the energy regulatory matters and the public procurement in the energy sector. She specializes in the energy sector investment projects. She has been advising clients on some of the biggest and most complex projects in the Polish energy sector, including major acquisitions/privatizations, developments of both conventional and renewable energy sources as well as oil&gas projects. She is also regularly assisting energy sector chambers and organizations and is involved in the works concerning drafting/amending key energy law regulations.
