Profile
Practice Areas: Banking law, project finance and financial restructuring. He has particular expertise in property finance transactions, financing green energy projects and financing oil and gas exploitation. He is active in Poland and the CEE region and recognised by banks as a lawyer who leads and organises multi-jurisdictional financing arranged by Polish and CEE banks.
Career: Partner in the Banking and Finance Practice. Before joining Salans he was a senior associate in CMS. A Gdansk University graduate, he also studied social science at Oxford University (1999) and law and business at Yale University (2000) as a Fulbright scholar.
