Practice Areas: Partner in Linklaters’ capital markets group, primarily focusing on equity-linked, debt and structured equity transactions in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), Hong Kong and Taiwan. Hwang Hwa has extensive experience representing underwriters, lead managers, arrangers and investors in transactions in the Greater China region and in South East Asia, with a focus on offshore RMB (“dim sum”) bonds (in particular structured dim sum bonds with credit enhancement by onshore PRC entities), convertible bonds, corporate hybrids, global depositary receipts, PIPEs and pre-IPO investments.
