Practice Areas: Nick is an oil and gas partner in the London energy team. He advises IOCs, governments, NOCs and lenders on high profile, complex, cross-border energy transactions, particularly in the oil, natural gas and LNG industry. Nick spent over three years with BG Group as Head of Legal in Trinidad and Tobago, advising BG on a broad range of upstream and downstream activities for the development, production, transportation, processing, marketing and sales of natural gas.
Professional Memberships: Member of the Legal Advisory Task Force (LATF) for the Energy Charter Secretariat advising on the development of model clauses for cross border pipelines; Member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
