Practice Areas: Cathy Marsh is a partner in Milbank’s Global Project Finance Group. Cathy’s focus is advising on the development and financing of mining, independent power, water, oil and gas, satellite and other infrastructure assets, often involving multi-sourced financings (multilateral, export credit and development finance institutions, commercial lenders). She advises on financing and restructuring transactions in industry areas/regions in which she has particular expertise. Her representations include advising on: mining transactions in Africa, Latin America, Europe and East Asia; independent power/power and water projects throughout the Middle East region; energy, telecoms and industrial sector financings in West Africa; satellite financings.
