Practice Areas: Head of the Business Disputes Division and the Property Litigation team, Stephen deals mainly with commercial property disputes for both private and public sector clients. His work ranges from advice on landlord / tenant disputes and recovery of possession of secured premises to the interpretation / construction of commercial leases and title issues.

Career: Strathclyde University (LLB Hons 1996); Leiden University (Dip LP 1997). Qualified in 1999. Stephen joined Brodies in October 2002 from a large national firm and became a Partner in May 2007. Stephen is the Division Head of Brodies' Business Disputes and Asset Recovery Division.
Personal: Born 1974; resides Edinburgh. Interests include rugby, cycling and skiing.
