He has particular experience in advising clients on and resolving construction disputes, whether through formal litigation, arbitration or adjudication. Manus also has extensive experience of mediating disputes. He advises a range of developers, contractors, construction professionals and their insurers, and believes in adopting a commercial approach to find the most cost-effective solution to problems, and geared to suit each individual client's requirements. Manus provides support for members of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering in Scotland through the provision of legal advice and training.
