Practice Areas: Full range of construction dispute work including litigation, adjudication, mediation and arbitration for employers, contractors and their insurers. Some include a foreign element. In addition, construction-related professional indemnity work, advice about contracts and insurance within the construction context. Work has covered a wide spectrum including offshore and pipeline work, food processing plant, power stations, water treatment work as well as general building and engineering. Recent non-contentious work has included leading the Construction team on a major waste to energy plant and advice for the development of Lancashire Cricket Club.
