Advising on a wide range of advertising promotional and marketing matters in all media (including print, TV, radio, online, social and other electronic media) including copy clearance, brand promotion, ASA complaints and appeals, commercial and non-commercial exploitation of brands, licensing, sales, iprice and prize promotions and other related matters for advertising agencies. Drafting and negotiating advertising, brand promotion and sponsorship agreements. Advising on English law matters and working closely with local counsel across Europe, and worldwide on multi-jurisdictional promotions for international clients. Advising ISBA members on queries deriving from the legal hotline.

Career: Paralegal and trainee Richards Butler (now Reed Smith) 2001-06; Qualified September 2006; Senior Associate Field Fisher Waterhouse 2006 - present. Secondments to inhouse legal teams at a broadcaster, an online travel company and a major UK utilities company.
