Profile

Practice Areas: Chris is Head of Licensing and Gambling, and deals with all the licensing requirements of the leisure industry. Chris also advises clients in the gaming and entertainment sectors, including betting, lottery and hi-tech gaming advice. He has particular expertise in the regulatory requirements of sports stadia and large outdoor events. Over the past year, Chris has worked on overhauling the licensed portfolio for the University of Bristol, advised on the licensing and regulatory issues for three major festivals, several other major outdoor events, and advised a number of racecourses on a wide range of gambling, licensing and Private Security Act issues.
