Practice Areas: Partner with wide experience in advising private companies and other organisations and institutions, as well as individuals, on corporate and commercial matters including business start-ups, reorganisations, commercial contracts, patent, trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property licensing, computer and technology contracts, internet law, agency and distribution agreements and restrictive practices, and competition law in terms of both UK and EU law and EU matters generally.
