Practice Areas: Peter is a Consultant and Head of the Professional Practices Sector Group at SAS Daniels LLP. He specialises in partnership and LLP litigation, dealing with disputes relating to dissolution, retirement, expulsion, goodwill, restrictive covenants, interpretation of agreements and accounts and taxation. Peter’s expertise also extends to corporate disputes, including unfair prejudice, enforcement of warranties and indemnities and derivative actions. Peter represents clients of different sizes, from major banks to small private companies and individuals.
