Practice Areas: Partner in the Property department, specialising in commercial property and advising on all aspects of environmental law, with particular emphasis on contaminated land and waste. Kenneth is also Honorary Professor teaching environmental law part-time at Glasgow University.
Professional Memberships: Convenor of Law Society of Scotland Environmental Law Committee; Member of the National Council of the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association; Member of the Committee of the Scottish Contaminated Land Forum.
Career: Qualified in 1982, Partner since 1984. Joined Brodies LLP as Partner in 2006.
Publications: Author of chapter on Contaminated Land in second edition of 'Greens Guide to Environmental Law in Scotland'. Author of articles regarding a variety of environmental law topics.
