Practice Areas: Project development and finance; main area of work undertaken is energy and infrastructure finance and M&A in the EMEA region. Projects: The Dow Chemical in connection with the US$20 billion Sadara petrochemicals project in Saudi Arabia; KEXIM and commercial banks in relation to the Muharraq Wastewater Project in Bahrain; the mandated lead arrangers with respect to approximately US$1 billion financing of the development of the Tamar natural gas field located off Israel’s northern coast; the lenders with respect to the financing of the Al Dur IWPP in Bahrain.
