Practice Areas: An Associate in the Shipping and Transport team, Andrew's client base includes owners, operators, and International Group P&I Clubs. He predominantly advises clients in relation to accidents onboard vessels, offshore installations and FPSOs. He defends personal injury actions in the Scottish courts including claims by employees, crew, passengers and other public liability claims. Andrew also advises on industrial disease claims in the maritime sector. Andrew is an experienced advocate and appears on clients' behalf in health and safety and environmental prosecutions and Fatal Accident Inquiries. He also advises clients in relation to commercial matters including contract and indemnity claims and ship arrest.
