Fraud, professional negligence, construction, international sale and carriage of goods, contract disputes, insurance issues, warranty claims, banking and finance disputes, regulatory issues, commercial agent’s disputes. An ADR accredited mediator, Sue is fluent in French with a working knowledge of Spanish. Specialist interests include: commercial mediation, dispute resolution law, purchasing structures & corporate property transactions, real-estate finance sector, construction and property disputes.
