Practice Areas: Partner and Head of the Construction and Engineering Group, specialising in construction and engineering contracts, advising developers, banks, consultants, purchasers and contractors on building and engineering contracts, consultants' appointments and associated contractual matters such as bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties. Mark also covers the construction requirements of major projects from purchase or sale to PFI, as well as providing specialist construction advice to retailers and other non-specialist users of construction industry services. Mark deals with the resolution of construction disputes (by negotiation, mediation and adjudication) and in conjunction with the firm's litigators, by arbitration and litigation. Mark is a regular contributor to the Scottish construction press.
