Clinical Negligence: Mainly Claimant (Band 1)Profile
Practice Areas: Philippa heads the clinical negligence team in Pennington's Surrey offices which now comprises 11 fee-earners and is one of the biggest teams in the South East. She deals with a wide range of clinical negligence claims with a particular focus on neurosurgery, orthopaedic, brain and spinal injury cases. She also specialises in delayed diagnosis cases - particularly for cancer and meningitis - and claims involving fatal injuries arising from medical care. She has considerable experience of dealing with the inquest process. The majority of her cases are conducted under Conditional Fee Agreements.
