Practice Areas: Partner in the Corporate and Commercial department with a practice that focuses on governance, charities, commercial contracts, public procurement, project work and general corporate work. Brenda has been a transactional corporate lawyer for 15 years with a special interest in governance and charities which operate through corporate structures. She is company secretary of Young Scot Enterprise, which allows for an insider's understanding of how charities operate and are governed. She also serves on Brodies' operational board and performs the role of Training Partner with overall responsibility for the development of training programmes across the firm.
