Practice Areas: Patrick advises airlines, banks and lessors on contentious matters and dispute resolution and underwriters on aviation insurance matters (including liability claims, coverage disputes, advice on wordings and general insurance claims). He is particularly experienced in contentious asset finance matters including lease termination and mortgage enforcement, and advises on the domestic and European aviation regulatory regime.
