Career: Walt Brown is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Litigation Division. He is a seasoned trial lawyer who handles white-collar criminal defense, securities matters and business litigation. He represents public and private companies in antitrust, FCPA, health care fraud, public corruption, environmental and tax evasion matters. Mr. Brown also is engaged routinely by companies, and by audit and special committees of boards of directors, to conduct internal investigations. He is consistently recognized by Chambers USA, and is a former prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles. He received his JD from University of Notre Dame Law School.
