Practice Areas: Has extensive board-level corporate experience, in addition to considerable knowledge of real estate law. Represented Real Estate Investment Trusts in initial public offerings and continued business operations, and served on numerous REIT boards. On the board of directors/trustees of many public and private corporations, foundations and community and charitable organizations. Former adjunct professor, Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and co-founder and previous president of Center for Executive Women at Kellogg School.
