Practice Areas: Mr. Rock is head of the New York real estate practice. He advises clients with respect to acquisition, disposition, financing, restructuring, development, sale/leaseback and roll-up transactions with respect to portfolios and strategic assets including hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, residential properties, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, hospitals, independent living communities, stadiums and arenas. His clients have included public and private companies, REITs, funds and governmental entities. He also has an active leasing practice.
