Practice Areas: Senior trial lawyer for Kirkland's Antitrust and Competition Group (150+ lawyers). Led numerous U.S. government criminal and civil antitrust cases and E.C. proceedings for major multinational companies, including Dow, Chiquita, Bayer and Infineon. Tried over 35 cases to verdict, arguing before judges and juries throughout the United States, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and appeared many times before the E.C. Managed the multi-jurisdictional clearance process for numerous, multinational transactions and coordinated the defense of multi-jurisdictional U.S., E.C. and individual country cartel and other proceedings.
