Practice Areas: Robert L Symonds, Jr. focuses his practice on business and financing transactions, particularly the structuring of Delaware corporations, LLCs, partnerships and trusts. He serves as Delaware counsel to lenders, borrowers, investors and other parties, rendering legal opinions regarding Delaware's business entity laws.

Professional Memberships: He is an original drafter of Delaware’s Limited Liability Company Act and is a member and former Chairman of the Drafting Committee for Delaware's LLC and Partnership statutes. He serves on the Drafting Committee for Delaware’s Statutory Trust Act and is a principal drafter of Delaware’s Revised Captive Insurance Company Act.
