Career: Emily Leonard is vice chair of Covington's Life Sciences Industry Group and resident in the firm's Silicon Valley office. She concentrates in transactions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other life sciences clients from early-stage ventures to large public and private companies. She has extensive experience in handling complex strategic partnering and collaboration agreements, joint ventures, licensing, and other technology transfer arrangements.
