Career: Partner since 1992. Co-heads General Practice Group, with responsibility for 450+ lawyers in 12 offices worldwide. Negotiated and unsolicited M&A; complex cross-border transactions; global joint ventures; private equity transactions; and corporate governance matters. Advises Amgen, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Avon, Diageo, International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG) and United Rentals.
