Practice Areas: Practice covers a wide variety of tax issues in both domestic and international context. In recent years, Ms. Lee-Lim have represented numerous domestic and foreign corporations and investment banks in connection with debt and equity offerings, bank financings, derivative transactions, and securitizations and other structured finance transactions. She also frequently advises multinational corporations in restructuring and cross-border tax matters.
Career: Qualified since 1987. Member of the Executive Committee of Taxation of the New York State Bar Association since 2002 and a co-chair on Securitizations and Structured Finance of the Tax Section.
