Practice Areas: Susanne Zuehlke is partner in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Global Antitrust and Competition Practice. She advises global companies on all aspects of EU and German competition law. Ms. Zuehlke frequently represents clients in EU and national merger control proceedings and coordinates global merger filings on behalf of her clients. She also defends clients in global cartel investigations, in particular with regard to EU and German competition law. In addition, she regularly advises companies on distribution and corporation agreements as well as on all aspects of EU State aid law.
