Practice Areas: Dr Bernd Mayer leads Skadden’s German offices and heads the firm’s German corporate governance practice. He has substantial experience in advising and assisting management and supervisory boards in corporate governance, internal investigations and regulatory matters. He has handled accounting and tax fraud matters for financial institutions, advised on the implementation of corporate compliance programs, provided training of management and employees and conducted internal investigations.
