Practice Areas: EU and French competition law, with substantial experience in EU and French merger control (particularly in complex Phase II cases), anti-competitive practices, abuses of dominant position and State aid. He has a strong profile in both the Paris and Brussels markets. Particular sectors where Olivier has expertise include: pharmaceuticals, automotive industry, energy, beverages, IT and transport.
Career: Olivier qualified as an avocat in 1978. He was resident in Brussels for 15 years (1983-86 and 1992-2003) and has also worked in New York (1989-92).
