Practice Areas: Filippo heads the Italian EU, Competition & Regulatory department. He regularly advises clients on the framework of antitrust investigations before the Italian Competition Authority or the European Commission concerning alleged cartels, abuses of a dominant position and in antitrust private enforcement cases. He also advises on public tender procedure and provides legal opinion on every aspect of competition and regulatory law.
Professional Memberships: Filippo is member of IPLaw, an association within the LUISS University of Rome, and of the IBA (International Bar Association).
Career: Filippo joined Simmons & Simmons in 1995 and became a partner in 2002.
