Practice Areas: Peter leads Freshfields' international arbitration group in Paris. Having appeared as Counsel and sat as arbitrator in over 80 proceedings under both ad hoc and institutional rules, Peter specialises in investor-state arbitration and has advised or represented clients across sectors as diverse as telecommunications, investment banking, infrastructure, and agro-industry. Peter teaches international arbitration at Sciences Po in Paris.
Publications: Several articles on arbitration and investment treaty. Co-author of 'A Guide to the LCIA Arbitration Rules' (OUP, 2009).
