Practice Areas: Marzio is a partner active in the fields of M&A and contract law and has built up specific expertise in the real estate sector. He has advised on several significant cross-border and domestic transactions involving the acquisition, disposal and letting (including long term leases and lease-back structures) of large scale retail, office and logistic portfolios. He has also assisted major investment and corporate clients in the development of real estate projects and, in this context, he has also been active in the negotiation of turn-key construction contracts.
