Practice Areas: Cases concluded in 2009 included a £5.4M damages action for a child with negligently caused brain injury. Cases in 2010 included a £1.35M settlement in relation to the negligent failure to diagnose a brain tumour in a child. Clinical negligence and maximum severity personal injury cases. Specialist in complex medical litigation such as cancer misdiagnosis, surgical injury, spinal injury and acquired brain injury and other serious injury cases acting exclusively for Claimants.
