Practice Areas: Personal injury international claims. Partner in the Personal Injury division and Head of Irwin Mitchell's International Travel Litigation Group in London and Birmingham. With over 20 years experience, Clive specialises in acting for the victims of severe brain and spinal injury arising overseas and in complex fatal accident, aviation and other group action claims. Clive has also successfully acted for the victims of more than 250 group actions arising in the UK, USA, Europe, Asia and elsewhere including aviation and maritime disasters, coach crashes and outbreaks of illness in hotels and onboard cruise liners. Clive has acted in several precedent setting cases both in England and overseas and he has won record awards of damages for clients and for the families of those killed in fatal accidents. Clive is the author of several published articles and is the co-author of three leading legal textbooks. He lectures nationally and internationally on various aspects of personal injury claims and is a regular commentator in the media.
