Practice Areas: Associate with many years of experience in competition law and state aid. He has advised on a number of domestic and cross-border merger control notifications, as well as antitrust proceedings concerning agreements which restrict competition or abuse a dominant position. His wide experience includes various compliance seminars and competition audits. He advised, among others, large global pharmaceutical clients, FMCG companies, as well as retail and wholesale trade chains. Piotr focuses particularly on the regulated sectors, namely telecommunications, energy and transport, which are also the subject of his doctoral thesis.
