Considerable experience in providing complex and strategic employment advice, including on redundancy and restructuring programmes, industrial relations issues, mergers and collaborations. Advises on governance, diversity, discrimination and equal pay issues, and in relation to part-time, fixed-term and sessional staff and other atypical workers. LSC-accredited Governor trainer.
