Practice Areas: As partner and Head of the Personal Injury Department, Tracy is responsible for managing and marketing the department as well as conducting a number of claims of maximum severity. With her knowledge of personal injury and clinical negligence cases, Tracy has been appointed to the Board as a strategic representative of these disciplines. Tracy specialises in paediatric claims (birth injury and trauma), head injury and other complex claim. She has specialised in catastrophic claims (clinical negligence and personal injury) since 1989 and has recovered £35 million in compensation claims for her client. She has a particular expertise in compensation protection trusts and has been appointed a Professional Trustee in a number of cases.
Professional Memberships: APIL, Oxford Medico-legal Society (past committee member), Berks, Bucks and Oxon Law Society (past President and current committee member), Headway and CBIT Panels and Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.
Career: A partner in Marshall and Galpin, Oxford from 1994, Tracy became a partner and Head of the Personal Injury Department on the merger of Marshall and Galpin with Withy King in September 2008.
