Practice Areas: Partner and Head of the Family Team at Mogers. Rebecca advises on separation, divorce, civil partnerships and related finance and children matters. Rebecca has specialist knowledge and experience of high value divorce and finances on children matters particularly those involving family businesses, business partnerships, trust assets and complex financial arrangements.
Professional Memberships: Rebecca is a member of Resolution and a Resolution Accredited Specialist. She chairs the Bath Collaborative Practitioners Group and is a member of Collaborative Family Law South West.
Career: Rebecca trained with Wilkinson Maughan (now Eversheds) joined Mogers in 1996, was promoted to Head of Department in 2000 and Partner in 2004.
Publications: Regular contributor to local press on family law issues.
Personal: Rebecca graduated from Corpus Christi College Oxford then attended the College of Law in York. Rebecca now lives in Gloucestershire with her husband and two children. Her interests include skiing, horse riding and gardening.
