Practice Areas: Adam Blakemore is a Partner in the Tax department at Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft LLP. Adam advises on the taxation aspects of structuring domestic and cross-border corporate and financing transactions.

Career: Prior to joining Cadwalader, Adam was a member of Allen & Overy LLP’s corporate tax group in London. Prior to practicing as a solicitor, Adam was a senior Inspector with HM Revenue and Customs specialising in the taxation of financing arrangements and trusts.
