The firm acts for a large number of insolvency practitioners nationwide who readily acknowledge the firm’s ability to achieve practical and commercial results at sensible costs, as well as acting for others affected by Insolvency.
The team advises on a range of issues from asset sales to complex property and pension matters, and offers broad experience in all areas of insolvency and confiscation work. The firm has also built a high reputation for dealing with difficult transactional avoidance litigation, regularly working on a conditional fee basis.Technical and compliance support can also be offered to Practitioners.
